We have over 100 years of combined experience in the manufacturing environment of wood products companies including residential, hospitality, and office furniture (both case goods and upholstery); as well as the millwork, fenestration, and cabinet industries.  We use our experiences and expertise to update lean manufacturing strategies and operations to meet today's requirements for global competitiveness.

Lean Manufacturing

We are experienced in teaching and implementing lean manufacturing concepts in companies around the globe.  We have conducted training in all six states in Australia and assisted over 40 companies in implementing lean manufacturing resulting in the elimination of non-value added activities and thus lowering manufacturing cycle time and costs.  We have conducted 5-S blitz and other lean events in companies.
